The design of this scarf is inspired by the Shen Yun dance piece Dance of the Yi. The main theme of the scarf, brightly-colored rings, is taken from the Yi ladies’ characteristic multicolored long skirts. The Yi ethnic group lives in the mountainous regions of Southern China. Full of animated spirit and joy, the Yi ladies invite you to their bright song and lively dances. Their optimistic view towards life is reflected in the vibrancy of their skirts.

Beautiful Italian Silk Scarf

This is the second silk scarf I've purchased from Shen Yun. I just love the bright cheerful colors of these scarves! The internet photos really don't do them justice! And the scarf ring also adds a nice touch. Also, if you haven't ordered anything from Shen Yun Shop before, they do a wonderful job packaging the items and even include a handwritten postcard to thank you for shopping with them. Shen Yun really is a class act!
